Sending- and Returnpolicy
You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after receival without any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. You will receive the complete order including the costs for sending the parcel credited back to you. However, the costs for returning the product to us are for the customer.
If you cancel your product, you have to deliver back the product in the original received composition, in an unharmed state.
If you would like to return the product, you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We in turn will return the amount spent on the product within 30 days after receival of the product at our location, if the product is unharmed and unopened.
If the product is harmed, we will deduce the value of the amount to be returned with the value of the product. Please treat the product with care.
Please contact us as soon as possible via our e-mail address email@example.com. We will try to adjust your order.
We will always try to send the parcel as soon as reasonably possible. We will try to send the parcel within the same working day, if the order is received before 10 am (CET). However, sometimes the product can be out-of-stock or we fail to deliver the product in time. In this case, the product will be shipped to you later than expected.
The mentioned price is without shipment costs. The costs are different per country and are communicated in the check-out menu.
Delivery will mostly occur via mail or with a package deliverer from PostNL. In general, the delivery day is the day after sending (NL).
